Returns and Exchanges
Due to the ongoing pandemic and hygienic reasons, all Milan Jewelry Design pieces are FINAL SALE. Therefore, we have a no refund or exchange policy on all jewelry pieces. We recommend that you read all jewelry descriptions carefully to ensure you are selecting the right pieces for you.
Custom made pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Issues & Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is something wrong with your order so that we can make it right.
Items received damaged can be returned for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Milan Jewelry Design is NOT liable for lost packages while in transit.
If your package was lost and you purchased Route Package Protection with your order, please visit Route to file a claim.
Route Package Protection
Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen packages and is automatically added to your cart at checkout. Leave Route in your cart at checkout to enable protection.
If you decide to remove Route from your cart, you will not be covered in the event your package in lost in transit or stolen.
Route Package Protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for $0.98 USD if the cart is less $100, or 1.5-5%* of the cart value if the cart total is over $100.
